Day 1Delhi – Haridwar (~221 km)

Pickup from Delhi airport or railway station and drive to Haridwar. In the evening, attend the Ganga Aarti at Har-Ki-Pauri. Overnight in Haridwar.

Day 2Haridwar – Barkot (~180 km, 7–8 hrs)

Leave at 7 am and drive to Barkot via Dehradun. Overnight in Barkot.

Day 3Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot

Start at 3 am with a packed breakfast. From the parking at Janki Chatti, trek about 6 km to Yamunotri on foot, or by pony or doli (own cost). Holy dip in the Surya Kund and darshan of Maa Yamuna, then return to Barkot.

Day 4Barkot – Uttarkashi (~90 km)

Drive to Uttarkashi, visiting the Prakateshwar Mahadev cave on the way. In Uttarkashi, visit the Vishwanath Temple with its giant trishul. Overnight in Uttarkashi.

Day 5Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi

Leave at 4 am for Gangotri (about 100 km). A short walk from the parking to the temple for darshan, then return to Uttarkashi.

Day 6Uttarkashi – Sitapur (~240 km, ~10 hrs)

Leave at 7:30 am and drive to Sitapur, the base for Kedarnath, visiting Rudraprayag on the way if time allows. Overnight in Sitapur.

Day 7Sitapur – Kedarnath

Start at 4 am with a packed breakfast. The 21 km route to Kedarnath can be done on foot, by pony or doli (own cost), or by helicopter (subject to availability, extra cost). Darshan of Kedarnath Ji. Overnight in Kedarnath in a tent (own cost), or in a hotel at an extra ₹3,500 per person.

Day 8Kedarnath – Sitapur

Attend the early morning pooja at Kedarnath, then return to Sitapur by your chosen mode. Overnight in Sitapur.

Day 9Sitapur – Badrinath (~240 km, ~10 hrs)

Leave at 8:30 am and drive to Badrinath. Overnight in Badrinath.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 10Badrinath – Mana – Rudraprayag (~160 km)

Early morning darshan at Badrinath Ji (Pind Pradan rituals available). After breakfast, visit Mana, India's last village, with Ganesh Temple, Bhim Pul and Vyas Gufa, then drive to Rudraprayag. Overnight in Rudraprayag.

Day 11Rudraprayag – Rishikesh – Haridwar

Drive to Haridwar via Rishikesh, visiting Ram Jhula, Lakshman Jhula and Parmarth Niketan. Overnight in Haridwar.

Day 12Haridwar – Delhi – Home

After breakfast, drive to Delhi and drop at the airport or railway station for your journey home.

Package includes

  • 3★ Deluxe package: 3★ hotels where available. Standard package: standard rooms on twin sharing (family of 3 in a triple room)
  • All meals as per the itinerary: South Indian pure veg, cooked by a South Indian cook
  • Morning tea and 1 litre of water per person per day
  • Transport from Delhi and back as per group size
  • With-flight package: return flights Bangalore–Delhi
  • Standard with-train package: sleeper class train Bangalore–Delhi and back (book 65 days in advance)

Not included

  • Kedarnath night stay (tent at own cost; hotel at ₹3,500 extra per person)
  • Helicopter tickets, pony, doli and palki
  • Pooja expenses and special darshan
  • Food during train journeys
  • Personal expenses, room service, laundry, tips
  • GST 5%

Cancellation

  • More than 30 days before travel: ₹15,000 per person
  • 29 to 15 days before travel: 50%
  • 15 to 7 days before travel: 75%
  • Less than 7 days: no refund
  • The token advance of ₹15,000 per person is non-refundable

Good to know

  • During the Deepavali and Christmas season, package prices are 30% higher than the rates shown.
  • Train journey days are extra to the tour days shown. No food is included on the train.
  • Bookings are open only till 28 February 2027.
  • Standard packages with train must be booked at least 65 days before departure.
  • Please walk at least 2 km daily for 3 months before the yatra. Not advised for guests with severe asthma or heart problems.
  • Standard package: standard rooms on twin sharing; a family of 3 shares a triple room. Single sharing on request.

Group tour policies

  • All prices are per person in Indian Rupees, on twin-sharing basis.
  • Single travellers: room sharing is possible only if there is another single traveller in the same group and both agree to share. Otherwise, the single-room (single occupancy) charge applies.
  • All rates and availability are subject to change at the time of booking.
  • Confirmation of hotels, rooms, vehicles and services is subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • All sightseeing is subject to weather and political conditions at the destination.
  • Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry age proof for children so it can be shown when asked.
  • For an extra person, a mattress (not a bed) will be provided at all places.
  • In case of any diversion due to a landslide or road block, any additional cost will be payable directly by the guest.
